If you feel your organization drifts into a “limiting” frame of mind, or has possibly become stuck there, this conversation will help move you forward and upward. You’re not alone. Join your fellow school leaders in this facilitated discussion. You know that your organization didn’t get here overnight, so why pressure yourself to fix it overnight? This session we will work through the essential questions you can ask yourself, your board, and your leadership team to arrive at a shared understanding of “how scarce things TRULY are” and to develop some practical strategies to bring a “growth mindset” into your discussions and planning for years to come.
